By booking a session or using any service on this website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Nature of Service

1.1 The practitioner offers Astrology, Tarot, Vastu, Somatic Energy Healing, and related spiritual services. These involve intuitive, interpretative, and energetic practices.

1.2 These services are intended for guidance, clarity, inner work, and personal development only. The practitioner is not a fortune teller and does not provide guaranteed predictions.

1.3 Sessions may include spiritual guidance, intuitive insights, inner healing, somatic work, and energy balancing. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or pregnancy-related professional advice.

1.4 Any advice shared is for guidance only. Clients must consult qualified professionals for further support where required.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Clients must be 18 years or older to book or attend sessions.

2.2 Individuals under 18 require parental consent and presence.

2.3 Clients must provide accurate and honest information during booking and sessions.

3. Healing & Energy Work

3.1 Deep emotional, energetic, or somatic work may trigger emotional releases, life changes, or unsettled feelings. This is a normal part of the process.

3.2 Integration after sessions is essential. Journaling, rest, grounding practices, and conscious choices are recommended.

3.3 If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, please inform the practitioner in advance so that sessions may be adjusted accordingly. Always consult a healthcare professional when needed.

3.4 Energetic, astral, or intuitive work requires the client’s permission and sometimes permission from higher guidance.

3.5 If higher guidance does not grant access, a partial refund or alternative arrangement may be provided.

3.6 In cases of heavy or resistant energy where work cannot proceed, at least 50% of the session fee may be retained.

4. Client Responsibility

4.1 By booking, you confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in these services.

4.2 You remain fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or choices you make before, during, or after the session.

4.3 Results vary for each individual, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

4.4 Clients must maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

4.5 Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions.

5. Consent & Access

5.1 Some spiritual work (including Akashic, astral, or energy work) requires permission from both the client and the practitioner.

5.2 The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if energetic alignment is not appropriate, or due to health or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund minus transaction fees will be provided.

6. Payments

6.1 All payments must be completed before the session.

6.2 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Booking links or time slots are confirmed only after the successful payment.

7. Refunds & Rescheduling

7.1 All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

7.2 Sessions may be rescheduled once within 30 days from the original booking date.

7.3 If the client does not join within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, with no reschedule option.

7.4 Time zones, punctuality, and joining on time are the client’s responsibility.

7.5 The practitioner may reschedule a session due to energetic misalignment or emergencies. A new date will be provided within the 30-day period.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 All personal information, session content, and communication are kept private and confidential.

8.2 Nothing will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

9.1 Spiritual guidance, tarot readings, astrological insights, or Vastu recommendations are interpretative.

9.2 No advice, predictions, or insights can be guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free.

9.3 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The practitioner is not liable for any direct, indirect, emotional, financial, or psychological consequences arising from:

Use of website content
Decisions made based on sessions
Interpretation of readings or energy work
Lifestyle changes initiated by the client.

10.2 Clients participate at their own discretion and risk.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on this website—including text, videos, scripts, designs, recordings, and branding—belongs exclusively to the practitioner/company.

11.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, record, or distribute any materials without written permission.

12. Code of Conduct

12.1 Clients must behave respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries.

12.2 Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate comments will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

13. Updates to Terms

13.1 The practitioner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

13.2 Updates become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
